Photo shot in 2014 at an partly abandoned state hospital. Many buildings in this Kirkbride design architecture have (sadly) been destroyed and removed. Colin Savage explores abandoned and decrepit locations, often very dangerous, to get beautiful and unique shots. This was taken in natural light with very few post production edits to present it in black and white, evoking various emotions from the viewer. Art is created with archival inks (also known as giclée) in 8"x10" frame only. The custom black silk-paint frame is imprinted with the photographer's name, for a one-of-a-kind collectible. All art is produced in the United States.
